RDM GROUP DELISTED FROM ITALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE AND MADRID STOCK EXCHANGE

Today, 29th December 2021, marks the delisting of the ordinary shares of Reno De Medici S.p.A. from Euronext Milan and from the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao y Valencia (Bolsas de Valores Españolas).

The announcement follows the notice of 20th December 2021 of the the definitive results of the full mandatory takeover bid on the ordinary shares of Reno De Medici S.p.A. promoted by Rimini BidCo S.p.A., which closed at 95.721% of the share capital of Reno De Medici S.p.A. For the residual shares, Rimini Bidco S.p.A. implemented the joint procedure to fulfil the commitment to squeeze-out.
