Supervisory Body

The Supervisory Body of Reno De Medici S.p.A. is established and appointed by resolution of the Board of Directors and remains in office for the period established at that time, which normally coincides with the term of office of the Board of Directors itself.

 

The Supervisory Body is composed of three standing members:

 

  • Daniele Ripamonti (Chairman)
  • Serena Monteverdi
  • Carmen Presmanes Zatarain

 

The Supervisory Body of Reno De Medici S.p.A. has established a specific reporting channel to ensure an adequate flow of information regarding irregularities or violations of the Code of Ethics, the Organisation, Management and Control Model of Reno De Medici S.p.A. pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and the Code of Conduct towards the Public Administration and Third Parties:
