RDM GROUP JOINS 4EVERGREEN ALLIANCE

26-11-2019

The aim of the newly formed CEPI alliance is to boost the contribution of fibre-based packaging in a circular and sustainable economy that reduces climate and environmental impact.

4evergreen was created as a forum to connect the whole fibre-based packaging value chain, from paper and board producers to packaging converters, brand-owners, technology and material suppliers, waste sorters and collectors.

4evergreen Alliance aims to increase awareness about the benefits of fibre-based packaging materials in order to help consumers make more climate-friendly choices. It also supports the development of alternative packaging and design solutions through calls for the development of appropriate recycling infrastructures and collection systems.

4evergreen Alliance is a sign that the fibre industry is ready to address the challenge of material substitution that the market and society have outlined in recent years. To consolidate its production system based on circular economy, RDM Group has joined the 4evergreen Alliance.
