As usual, RDM Group took part in the Star Conference of Borsa Italiana, which was held on 6th and 7th October 2020.

During the Star Conference Fall Edition 2020, Michele Bianchi, CEO of RDM Group, was interviewed by Giuseppe Castellini, Editor of Italia Informa, an economic-financial magazine with a focus on listed companies. Then, Michele Bianchi spoke about the recent preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Papelera del Principado S.A. (“Paprinsa”), the second largest chipboard producer in Spain, which will allow the Group to further strengthen its leadership in Southern Europe. Finally, the RDM Group CEO concluded the interview by mentioning future expectations for the current year, showing once again a positive attitude towards the Group’s performance.

The conference, held in virtual mode, offers companies listed on the STAR segment the opportunity to meet and hold meetings with analysts and Italian and international investors to take stock of the results achieved and future perspectives.
