INAUGURATION OF THE PLAYGROUND DONATED BY RDM GROUP IN SANTA GIUSTINA

13-07-2020

On 11th July, the public playground of Santa Giustina, to which RDM Group has donated new games on the occasion of its first 50 years of history, was inaugurated.

In this way, the Group wants to strengthen the bond and gratitude it has towards the communities in which it is present, Santa Giustina in particular, while at the same time showing its commitment to the environment and the new generations. Hence, the process of continuous improvement that sees both the Group and Santa Giustina Mill as protagonists.  On the European cardboard production panorama, Santa Giustina Mill is a first class structure, which, thanks to recent investments in process improvement, as well as to the skill and competence of its workers, has been able to grow continuously since 1969 and it has a bright future ahead of it.

It is exactly in favour of that future, metaphorically represented by children and teens, that RDM Group organizes many initiatives every year, also at local level: Santa Giustina Mill usually takes part in Comieco’s Riciclo Aperto initiative, which opens the doors of the cartonboard supply chain to schools throughout Italy; the Group also launches small internal contests designed for the children of all employees, who are invited to represent, by drawing on cartonboard, Safety at work, another topic that has always been a priority for RDM Group.
