04-07-2022

Endorsed by the Italian Labor and Social Policies Ministry, the 16th European Congress of Behavior Based Safety and Performance Management will be held on the 8th and 9th of July at the University of Milan.

Organized by the scientific organization AARBA, the annual European Congress of Behavior-Based Safety (B-BS) and Performance Management (PM) is an excellent opportunity to hear from some of the top international experts in behavioral safety, with the goal of generating strategies that lead to measurable results for companies in terms of safety, productivity, and quality.

Among the speakers at this year’s event is Diana Callegari, H&S Manager of RDM Group’s Santa Giustina Mill, to talk about her experience with BBS. The Santa Giustina Mill was in fact chosen within RDM Group as the pilot plant for the implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety system (BBS). More than a year after its start-up, Diana Callegari will speak about the first concrete results: improved behaviors and focus on the human factors that lead to injuries as well as an undergoing process of improving safety culture.
