To support the achievement of this ambitious goal, the Group has appointed a diversity, equality and inclusion manager to oversee initiatives to instill a workplace culture that values diversity, ensures equal opportunities,
and promotes inclusivity. Her first action was to issue a new Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy stating the
Group’s position and principles on this important matter.
