The Eska Group acquisition by RDM Group was made possible thanks to the support of the Intesa San Paolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division.

As part of Intesa San Paolo’s “Side by Side” feature, a video interview with Michele Bianchi, RDM Group CEO, was published. Mr. Bianchi spoke about the role played by Intesa San Paolo Bank in the acquisition of Eska Group.

 

The RDM Group’s strategy is focused on production optimization and on the strengthening of its positioning in the market through a continuous growth process by means of extraordinary transactions (M&A). Indeed, Intesa Sanpaolo acted as Financial Advisor to RDM Group and supported it with an acquisition that strengthens the Group presence in the US and Continental Europe in products with high added value.

 

Michele Bianchi, RDM Group CEO, commented: “This transaction is consistent with our growth strategy: it offers us new development opportunities on a broader geographical scale, reinforcing the resilience of our Group performances”; while Michele Sorrentino, Head of Network Italia, IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, added: “The Division confirms its vocation and its commitment to guiding companies along the growth and international expansion processes, emphasising sustainability as a key success factor on the markets.”
