During the second day of the Congress, Massimo Marcer and Diana Callegari, respectively Mill Manager and H&S Manager at Santa Giustina Mill, introduced the behavior-based safety pilot project launched, for the first time, by RDM Group at Santa Giustina.
It is a Behavior-Based Safety system built on a scientific protocol that represents a milestone for the Group in the evolution of its safety system. The promotion of safe behavior is the core principle of this system and the aim is to make the most of it by extending its principles to all the other plants in the Group by 2023.
