SANTA GIUSTINA AWARDED FOR SAFETY

During the Health, Safety and Environment Day in Porcari (LU) last Friday, May 11th 2018 in Porcari (LU) RDM Group was one of the most prominent figures, in particular with the Santa Giustina (Bl) mill.

The mill in Santa Giustina was awarded the prize “Obiettivo Zero” in the category that rewards mills for the lowest (accident) frequency index and the prize for the PJA booklet. Diana Callegari, RSPP and H & S Manager of the plant receiving the awards on behalf of Michele Bianchi and Gianluca Scaglioni, leading respectively the Group and the factory. commented: "We firmly believe in the creation of a corporate culture in the field of security, involving each employee, thus drastically reducing injuries due to distraction and carelessness ". We should look at these two valuable achievements as a result of an exstensive change in the Health and Safety policy carried out by the Group, which had already been awarded in 2013, 2015 and 2016 with the Ovaro (Ud) mill "to have achieved excellent results in the reduction of accidents " and in 2013 with that of Villa Santa Lucia as " the company with the lowest severity index for accidents ".
