PRELIMINARY PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR AREAS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOFFALORA SIGNED TODAY

RDM Group informs you that today it signed a preliminary purchase contract with Vetropack Italia S.r.l., whose registered office is in Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI) and which is part of the Vetropack Group, regarding only the areas owned by RDM Group, placed in the municipality of Boffalora sopra Ticino (MI).

 

RDM Group is the first producer of cartonboard made with recycled material in Italy and second in Europe, but in its product portfolio great importance is also given to the production of cartonboard obtained from virgin fibres, so as to meet a wide range of needs. The Group is listed in the Star division of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and in the Madrid Stock Exchange.

 

The Vetropack Group is one of the main European producers of glass packaging. It is an autonomous family business, listed in the Stock Exchange, with its headquarters in Switzerland and over 3000 employees, supplying high-quality glass packaging to the domestic food and beverages industry.
