BEAT TIME: THE RDM GROUP’S LEADERSHIP EVENT 2022

14-06-2022

RDM Group’s Leadership Event 2022 was held on the 9th and 10th of June in Groningen, The Netherlands.

The Leadership Event is the event that brings together the Group’s Management every year; it is an excellent opportunity to discuss and share results, information and projects, as well as to network among colleagues from different countries and cultures.

“Rhythm” was chosen as the theme of the 2022 edition of the Leadership Event, meaning the ability of being in tune among the different realities of the Group. “Beat Time” is indeed the chosen claim, according to which the agenda of the event was set. Participants had the opportunity to visit both Eska Hoogezand and Sappemeer facilities, the two new mills acquired by the Group. In addition, the event also included meetings and a team-building activity.
