BBS TAKES THE SPOTLIGHT AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS IN LA SAPIENZA

On June 27, 2025, RDM Group attended the 21st European Congress on Behavior Based Safety (BBS) in Rome, organized by AARBA in partnership with the Faculty of Economics at Università La Sapienza and the Humanitas University Consortium.

 

 

Representing RDM Group were Stefano Moretti, HSE Manager-RSPP, and Carla Taglialatela, Quality & Laboratory Manager of the Villa Santa Lucia (FR) Mill. “We shared our direct experience of integrating BBS into a well-established health and safety management system, with a strong focus on worker the involvement and active participation.”

This congress proves the growing international recognition of the importance of behavioral safety and the commitment of both institutions and companies to sharing knowledge and best practices. It underscored the strong need for a constructive dialogue between regulations, scientific research, and the business world to continue building a safety culture that truly puts people at the center.

The congress featured contribution of the leading global BBS experts, alongside testimonies from several Italian companies implementing the behavioral safety protocol within their organizations.
