Job description:
RDM Group is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join the Innovation & Sustainability Team in Milan.
You will be in charge of coordination the strategic marketing & communication projects for WLC (White-lined chipboard) products as part of the new product development activities and programs.
The Marketing Project Coordinator reports directly to the Group Marketing Director and strongly collaborate with the Marketing and Communication teams.
Accountabilities:
- Run marketing campaign for specific assigned projects;
- Coordinate brand assets;
- Define the unique selling proposition (USP) of new products;
- Support the communication of new products and any other marketing initiatives;
- Develop, deploy and monitor the execution of operational plans;
- Work in collaboration with the technical, sustainability, sales, corporate communication, and local country teams;
- Develop promotional tools for the products and services portfolio: new brochures and presentations in collaboration with external communication and design agencies, technical experts and sales manager of the group.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent culture;
- Around 2 years of experience in the role (Marketing b2b is a must; packaging or food sector is a plus);
- Excellent English is a must. Any other European language is very welcomed;
- Excellent written expression: ability to build brand content and write sales argumentation;
- Structured work approach (project mode) and good analytical skills;
- Creative mindset and customer orientation to imagine attractive tools and animations;
- Interest in FMCG packaging and sustainability;
- Team-oriented, flexible, creative and skilled in working within a collaborative international environment.
