SPEECH BY MICHELE BIANCHI, RDM GROUP CEO, AT COMIECO’S PAPER WEEK

• The Group accelerated innovation in circular packaging, launching and advancing next-generation products that push recycled cartonboard into higher-performance applications, including food-contact and barrier solutions.
• RDM Group strengthened its position as a leader in circular packaging in 2025, producing 1,055 kilotons of cartonboard and recycling 1,058 kilotons of paper, while increasing renewable energy use to 79%, cutting carbon intensity by 20% versus 2020, and sourcing 85% of materials from renewable origins.
• ESG remains central to RDM Group’s strategy, with CEO Michele Bianchi reinforcing its role in driving resilience, innovation, and long-term competitive advantage.
• Looking to 2026, the Group will focus on safety, circular value creation, customer experience, and continued product innovation.
