Cascades Inc. announces that it has completed the sale of its 57.6% equity stake in Reno De Medici S.p.A., previously announced July 5, 2021, to Rimini BidCo S.p.A, to a subsidiary of funds managed by subsidiaries of Apollo Global Management, Inc. for an all-cash price of €1.45 per share.
As a result, Rimini BidCo S.p.A. announces to have filed today with CONSOB the offering document concerning the mandatory tender offer on maximum No. 123,574,439 ordinary shares of Reno De Medici S.p.A..
The Offering Document will be published once approved by CONSOB.
