The event will take place 17th September 2021 at 6 pm in Blendcques to focus on the future of the paper industry.

As part of the European Week for Sustainable Development and the European Heritage Days 2021, the meeting “Le Bar Des Memoires – Papier, Carton: Un matériau durable?” will address the topics of development of the stationery industry in the Aa Valley and its challenges in terms of sustainable development.

 

“The Memoir bar” are moments of meeting about work-related projects related to a specific territory.

For about 2 hours the various speakers will explore the following themes:

 

– The history of the Aa Valley paper mills;

 

– The environmental awareness;

 

– The future of the paper industry with Benoît Rimbault.
