For a successful start of your career, we train you in our 6 months Projects Discovery Program to become a professional within our Group.
The professionals of tomorrow
During your training, you will pass through 3 departments within the RDM Group in order to familiarize yourself with the main responsibilities and tasks required to professionals within Strategy, Operations, Sales Departments.
In addition, we offer a mentoring program and an in-depth continuing education to support you in your daily routine.

Key Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish, French and German welcome
- Strong analytical skills and in dealing with figures
- Advance in Microsoft Excel
