Sales Assistan (Milan, Italy)

Role Mission

The Sales Assistant is in charge of customers’ orders and to ensure the efficient management of business relationships between customers and mills. He/she also will be the interface between customers and internal services (Production, Planning, Quality) and among external stakeholders (shippers).

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Operative management of direct and indirect clients and sales agents
  • Administrative management of customers’ orders
  • Direct contact with all our mills in Italy, France, Germany and Spain
  • Shipments and invoices/billings management
  • Order entry and follow-up activities

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish and/or French
  • Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet and Intranet, AS400 and ERP user
  • Knowledge of supply chain management
  • Dynamism, problem solving, flexibility, learning agility, relationship skills complete the profile

 

Seniority Level

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational industrial company
