Role Mission
In order to support the Group’s upcoming digitalization projects, the Digital Specialist will be involved in different activities such as:
- Providing technical and functional support, advise on software decision, assist in implementing solution selected, remove roadblocks on the target path, escalate the main issues
- Supporting the implementation and coordination of the Digitalization agenda goals and strategies within the Group
- Supporting the implementing and ongoing improvement of a sustainable Digital transformation
Main Responsibilities
- Produce analyses aimed at identifying and understanding bottlenecks and areas for improvement throughout the UX and CX processes, providing valuable insights
- Optimize conversions and engagement with digital flows and tools
- System integration and IT interface between the systems
- IT platform hands-on approach
- Support in providing the data, system, IT different layer aid
- Standardize software selection criteria
- Collect business requirements, analyze and design integration, workflows platforms, mobile system and applications
- Design digital solutions flow and related architecture. Assist in design IT landscape with future group-wise vision
- Modeling data using SQL and other tools
- Develop sophisticated dashboards & reports
- Cloud tools integration
- Interact with internal customers and several suppliers

Qualifications
- Degree in Business and Management, Engineering or another relevant quantitative degree
- At least 1 year of work experience in project management activities
- At least 2 years of experience in setting up and managing digital tools
- System integration skills
- Digital solution architect knowledge and capabilities
- IT architecture
- Data design, application design, role design
- Tools and technologies: experience with Microsoft AX, SAP and AS 400, Power BI, Office 365 platform tools and architecture
- Software development capabilities are a must
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility, learning agility, teamwork and communication skills; time management, working under pressure
