Internal dealing

The provisions on internal dealing adopted by the Board of Directors fall within the context of the procedures for the management and communication of documents and information concerning Reno De Medici.

These rules concern the communication obligations to the Company, to Consob and to the public with respect to transactions involving Reno De Medici shares, or other financial instruments thereof, made by the members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and any other individuals identified as significant among executives who have regular access to internal dealing and hold the power to adopt management decisions that may affect the Company’s evolution and its’ future prospects.

The provisions adopted by the Board of Directors:

  • identify the principals required to make the relevant communications;
  • provide to the identified individuals the information regarding the identification, the obligations connected, the methods and the time frame of the legal communications;
  • identify the corporate function of the company (Corporate Affairs) responsible for receiving, managing and disseminating the above communications in the market.

The provisions adopted by the Board of Directors:
